Sweet potatoes help get rid of blood cholesterol, which keeps our body healthy. Sweet potatoes contain plenty of vitamin B1 and vitamin C, which makes it good snack for fall and winter. Choose ones that are smooth, clean and firm. Chestnut-Like Sweet Potatoes are rather dry yet sweet just like chestnuts. Pumpkin-Like Sweet Potatoes are orange gold like pumpkins. ■ Ingredients bacon sweet potato garlic onion 1 instant noodles (Ansungtangmyun) kimchi milk olive oil broccoli 안성맞춤

1. Peel the sweet potato and chop it into small pieces(2*2cm ). Cook them in boiling water for 15min. 2. Chop the ends of garlic cloves and slice them 0.5cm thin. Shred the onion 0.5cm thin. 3. Chop the broccoli into little bites(2*2cm). 4. Rinse the kimchi in the running water and squeeze the excess water out. Chop it into small pieces(2*2cm). 5. When the sweet potatoes are cooked soft, drain them. 6. Blend the boiled sweet potatoes and milk to make cream sauce. 7. Cook the noodles and broccoli in boiling water for 2 min. Rinse them with cold water and drain them. 8. Drizzle 1T olive oil onto a heated pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic. When the garlic turn brown, add the onion and keep stir-frying. 9. When the onions get soft, add the bacon, kimchi, and broccoli. Keep stir-frying. 10. When the bacon turns brownish, add the cream sauce(6) and stock powder. Boil it. 11. When the sauce(10) starts to boil, add the noodles. Boil the pasta down for 1 more min. 안성맞춤

① Get the ingredients ready. ② Chop the veggies and bacon. ④ Chop, boil, and blend the sweet potato. ③ Rinse and chop the kimchi. ⑤ Cook and drain the rice noodles and broccoli. ⑥ Stir-fry the ingredients. ⑦ Make the sauce. ⑧ Add the noodles and boil down. Enjoy!
