Precipitation Then the clouds let the water free, causing showers of rain Precipitation Then the clouds let the water free, causing showers of rain. Collection The ground collects then it absorbs and the cycle starts again. Evaporation Water vapor creates clouds. Condensation The water travels through the sky causing big, grey rain

Did you know? Only 3% of the water on earth is drinkable 75 % of the earth is covered with water. 97 % of earth’s water is in the oceans. Water boils at 212o Fahrenheit or 100o Celsius. Water freezes at 32o Fahrenheit or 0o Celsius.

What is water used for ? Crops Foods Fuels Drinking Bathing Cooking Washing Swimming Cleaning Ice products

How you can help conserve water Keep all pens, ink, paint and other water unfriendly substances out of basins and sinks. Plant more trees to stop river banks from flooding and erosion. Help your parents clear junk and leaves from drains and gutter. Be natural and mop floors with chemical free cleaning soaps, polishes and powders. Keep the tap of and don’t leave it on when you're not using it. Put a bucket under your shower hose to catch excess/spare shower water and give it to your plants. Don’t use the dish washer if it isn’t full.
