 My name is Natalie Rodriguez. I was born and raised in The Bronx, New York. I am currently residing in the state of Florida. I have a wonderful loving fiancé and two beautiful Daughters, Laila Elizabeth and Lauren Elaina.

 Although I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Education I have no professional experience in the Education field. I have always worked in the medical field assisting all types of medical professionals and people from all walks of life. It is for this reason I have decided to pursue this degree in education with a specialization in Family and Community service. Specializing in family and community allows me to continue working in the healthcare industry while educating people at the same time.

 In the future my hopes are to obtain a position working with a health insurance company or hospital educating families on everything they need to know. In areas like the Bronx, NY and other lower socio-economic areas there are an overwhelming amount of services being offered with very few people who are actually aware of the services being offered. As an educator in the field I would like to reach out to Latinos and African Americans and educate them on the services that are available to them.
