Purpose and Goals

 Purpose: Improves balance/explosive power/coordination through cutting/jumping/hop- ing exercises  Goals: Increase strength, mobility, ROM; return to sport/activity

 Purpose: To allow physical activity in a controlled manner  Goals: Increase ROM, increase circulation, increase flexibility, increase mobility, decrease swelling

 Purpose: To allow for strengthening and testing at set speeds  Goals: Increase strength, ROM, mobility; return to activity/sport; test strength gains over time

 Purpose: To challenge balance and core stability during exercise  Goals: Increase balance, proprioception, and core strength

 Purpose: To allow a joint to be iced with compression  Goals: Decrease pain, swelling, and sensitivity; increase ROM

 Purpose: To allow for strengthening and testing at set speeds; similar to Biodex and Kin-Com  Goals: Increase strength, ROM, mobility; return to activity/sport; test strength gains over time

 Purpose: To safely treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions with specific electrical settings  Goals: Decrease pain, swelling, spasm, and stiffness; Increase ROM, mobility, and flexibility
