Strengths - Public authorities (politicians, local government) are aware of the problem. It's also in their interest to promote tourism and clean city. - Infrastructure is already there - New bill implementation in Nationwide NGOs dealing with this problem (Fundation „Our Planet”, internet portals) that have experience in acting at the local level (educational, informational campaigns) - Location of the town can rise up the impact of potential arguments Weaknesses - People too used to a „system” and certain habits - Lack of local organizational infrastructure Opportunities - A lot of work can be done by volunteers, we don't need big funds - Many sources of volunteers Treaths - Funding could be a challenge to get. - Passivity of people concerned with the topic - Mismanagement on the side of company responsible for removing litter/local gov SWOT

Ensured law enforcement & good management Bill implementation 2013 Public Awareness campaign to change mentality and behaviour Behavioral change is not enough on its own, but it is a vital factor.
