 It deals directly with the customers by distributing power to them and by billing and collection  The corporation established a “Customer Service Center”, to handle the customer problems and their complaints.  Some of the initiatives being undertaken are-Spot Billing,Mobile Call of vans, Customer service center, E seva center.

MODULES:- In this project we are dealing with 5 modules.  REGISTRATION MODULE  MONITORING MODULE  REPORT MODULE  ADMINISTRATION MODULE  CUSTOMER MODULE

REGISTRATION MODULE  This module is dedicated to register all the complaints from the customers whenever they come to compliant.  It is divided into two sub processes- (1) REGISTRATION CUSTOMER (2) REGISTRATION COMPLAINT.

 This module is dedicated to monitoring the complaints by searching the complaints and updating the status of complaints at any time.  The process of this module is divided into two sub processes in which one searches for complaints and other updates the status.

 Report generation module is dedicated to produce reports based on the information to given by the user.  The process of this module is mainly divided into two sub processes in which one gives summary report other gives the detailed report.

Administration module is dedicated to administrate the following -  users  divisions  categories  section

Customer Module Provide Following Services  Online Bill Payment.  Online Complain.  Bill Information.  Status of complaint

 DATA DICTIONARY A data dictionary is a set of metadata which contains the definition and representation of data elements.  META DATA It contain the information of data(Data of data).

 DATA FLOW DIAGRAM  Data flow diagrams are the central tools and the basis from which other components are developed.  The transformation of data from input to output, through processes, may be described logically and independently of the physical components associated with the system.

Advantages of Power Distributed Systems over Centralized ones 1:Time Saving: It saves a lot of time of both customer and administration. 2:Reliability:If one machine crashes, the system as a whole can still survive. 3:Speed: A distributed system have more total computing power. 4:24*7 Services 5:Eliminate Travel Time and Cost
