RUNNER’S KNEE DESCRIPTION: STRIKES AGAINST ANYONE WHO DOES ACTIVITIES THAT REQUIRE A LOT OF KNEE BENDING – LIKE WALKING, BIKING, AND JUMPING. IT USUALLY CAUSES ACHING PAIN AROUND THE KNEECAP. TREATMENT: REST, ICE, COMPRESS, AND ELEVATE YOUR KNEE. TAKE ANTI- INFLAMMATORY MEDICINE AND STRETCHING. TRY ARCH SUPPORTS OR ORTHOTICS FOR YOUR SHOES RECOVERY TIME: 2-3 DAYS (MAY VARY)
