OBJECTIVES OF THE WORKSHOP  To know what action research is and its importance in creating an effective teaching & learning environment  To understand the process of Action Research and how to design an action research  To distinguish ways to interpret & analyze data  To develop research culture among Maldivian teachers  To give opportunities for schools and teachers to present critical issues related to our Education system
