Raised Access Floors As the Access Floor is a major part of the system, it must form part of the design. The designers must ensure that The access floor pedestals, structural stringers and panels integrate with the underfloor system’s Fan Tiles (LECUs). The fire and air barriers under the floor meet requirements. The sub-floor is sealed against air leakage. GEA Denco Close Control - 11/08

GEA Denco Zone Unit Inverter Driven Fans All units fitted with state of the art “Intelligent” Inverter Driven fans which are up to 40% more efficient than standard direct driven fans Benefits The fan software detects the power drawn by the fan and can relate this to the known fan speed. This gives a known point on the fan curve and so we are able to control the performance of the fan to suit our exact requirements. Control on constant air volume linked to return air temperature maximum and minimum speed setting available via 0-10 V signal GEA Denco Close Control - 11/08

Features and Benefits Flexibility IN DESIGN You don’t want the layout of your office to be determined by the layout of the existing air-conditioning system. Flexibility IN USAGE You will save 70% when reconfiguring an office using an OfficeCool System, compared with a Ceiling Mounted 4 pipe fan coil system. GEA Denco Close Control - 11/08
