2 Project Description A new experience for news readers on the web A unique news portal that gives the user the freedom of choosing source of news User also gets to choose the way he/she wants to view the news User can personalize the look-n-feel of the portal

3 System Requirements Provides news content from different sources System allows customization of UI for the portal Provides independent news modules that can be customized by the user including its source Provides search facilities within the portal as well as the web Other personal features include news archiving, news alert, weather, stock quotes, travel etc. Links for help, contact information, privacy policy, portal information, customer feedback etc.
