NAVAA2 Client/Stakeholder Analysis: A Six-step Process 1.Identify who your clients are. 2.Identify client interests. 3.Assess the impact of your strategic planning process on each client group. 4.Assess the level of client participation your planning process will have/need. 5.Find out what your clients think and want. 6.Incorporate client feedback.

NAVAA3 Use of Focus Groups (T2-30) Identify clients’ most salient needs and concerns. Seek input from a variety of stakeholders. Identify strengths and gaps. Provide a foundation for further quantitative research (such as client surveys). Contribute to the development of your statewide strategic plan.
