ROV Club Celebration! Who: All ROV clubs When: Saturday, March 19 th 9AM-3PM Where: Northeastern Illinois University Why: To celebrate the accomplishments of all ROV teams participating in Shedd’s Underwater Robotics program.

Club Leader and Students’ shirt sizes Please send the number of t-shirts you will need as well as the sizes to Matt- Your bus invoice You will be ordering your own bus, but we will pick up the check! Student Waivers Every attendee of the club celebration needs to sign a waiver. Watch for an ! Here’s what we need from you:

Step 1: Book your bus through your school’s preferred company. Step 2: Give your bus company the address to the event. Things to remember: While we appreciate that some clubs build a plethora of ROVs, each club is only allowed one at the celebration. In keeping with MATE’s safety inspection protocol, each team must bring a Systems Integration Diagram (SID). Though we know family members would love to share this experience, we ask that only club members and leaders attend.
