What is CORE Waiver? Based on Michael Fullan’s Moral Imperative, “elevate the moral purpose of schooling in an era of accountability for academic achievement” Waiver that frees us from NCLB accountabilities New set of required program activities AYP becomes SQII (School Quality Improvement Index)
