 This story is about a girl named Tamisin who has always felt different than everyone else. One day on Halloween when she was 11, she saw strange things happening to kids. Then she saw the strange kids come after her. She got scared and shot lighting. [Tamisin didn’t know she could shoot lighting until the end.] Anyway, one day at school [at age 15] she saw a new boy. After a few days it’s Halloween. Jak the new boy has a party. He plans to drag Tamisin into the gate to the goblin world. Ooops! I forgot to tell you a secret. Jak is part goblin from the cat clan. Tamisin is a fairy princess. She doesn’t know. They end up going through the tunnel and go on adventures. Jak and Tamisin first go to The Green Bug Hotel. When they go to bed. They sleep under the bed.

 The reason they sleep under the bed is freaky. Two of the waiters go into Jak and Tamisin’s room. They take knives and start punching the beds. What they were trying to do is kill them. Then Bob the manager gets so angry at his nephews. Jak and Tamisin go to the grossey sea where they meet Lamia Lou and the unicorn. They cross the sea and go to the Old Forest and meet Queen Titana. Tamisin learns that she can shoot lighting and is the princess. Nihlo Jak’s cousin have to battle for Tamisin. At the grossey sea and at the fairy dance. Jak and Tamisin go to the human world and live normal lives.
