Some Are “Unready”  Hearing truth makes demands – Will feel guilty & must repent Bereans were not gullible – Used right standard – scriptures – Many use other standards Majority Personal feelings

Must Be Ready To: Face opposition & persecution – 1 Peter 3:13-17 – How? Sanctify Christ as Lord in heart Give answer for reason for our hope Hebrews 11:1-6 – Requires hearing

Must Be Ready To: Preach Gospel – Romans 1:13-15 – Some ready to preach; thus a preacher – Some want to be a preacher; thus preach – Must know & love truth & love souls
