HEALTH Ancient Rome

Medicines ❄ In the ancient Rome doctors mostly used herbal medicines. One of the herbal medicine was brambles that stops gums from bleeding. The other examples were rosemary, mint and more.

Surgery tools ❄ Ancient times also has surgery tools. One of them was the ‘hook’. It is mostly made of wood and metal. Two type of hook blunt and sharp hook. Blunt hooks were for the blood vessels surgery. Sharp hooks were for the tissue pieces surgery.

Italian Cuisine ☞ Italian cuisine also considered as healthy food for diet also health. This foods consist of mostly nutrition and calcium. One of the healthy food is pasta.

Beverages ☞ Italian love water. They consume a lot of water everyday. The average amount of water drink is nine bottle or more a day. It is because of the weather.

Gods and Goddesses ♛ Long time ago Romans have got many gods and goddesses but their names were based on the solar system. The main gods were Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto.

Myth ♛ Rome has got many myths and one of it is ‘Romulus and Remus’. The story shows how Rome has it’s right to rule and how it got it’s name.

Gods and Goddesses ♘ Italy also has gods and goddesses. The names are different. One of the gods and goddesses are Anteros (god of love and passion), Aradia (Italian witch goddess and symbolize the element of air and the moon) and more.

Men Wearing ✱ In Rome almost all men wore rings. The amount of rings being wear shows the manners of the men. The less ring shows that you are well mannered.

Visual Arts ♙ One of the famous potteries in Rome is called Etruscans. Etruscans are potteries that are made of ceramics. It is also used to tell stories. Some of them is plain black or being painted.

Architecture ♜ Rome has got many famous places one of them is the Colosseum. The Colosseum was used for performances and gladiator game. It was made around 2,000 years ago.

CULTURE Italy

Culinary The famous main course in Italy is pasta, pizza and more. This food ingredients are mostly cheese, sauce and rosemary. The dessert would be an ice-cream called Gelato. Italian favorite beverages other than water is espresso and cappuccino or coffee.

Family ☃ In Italy many people lived with their family most of the time. Even though they have graduate from university they still lived with their parents. Some stay with their family until they are 30 and 40.

Traditional Clothing ☿ For women they wear dress under ankle. Some of the dresses are made of silk, we can see it in Milan. For men they wear normal shirt and trousers. For special occasion the trousers color will be white.
