Malfunctions Require More Thought  Failsafe modes –COM retains last used NAV/COM Freqs –COM #1 bypasses Audio Panel –Fails to –Alternator failure Annunciator –Vacuum pump failure annunciator –Auto/Manual Standby Battery –Auto/Manual Load Shedding –Essential bus (no flaps or xponder) –Auto Pilot “rate” back-up” ROLL Mode  Use of traditional backup instruments
