Parenting styles and guidance techniques By : Hailey Clark

What kind of parents do you have? Get out a blank piece of paper and write the kind of parent you have and guidance techniques they use to discipline you.

Parenting styles Authoritative: Parents are attentive, forgiving, and they teach their children the proper behavior. Authoritarian: strict parenting style, the parents have high expectations but have little communication between child and parents. Permissive: They do not have any expectations of child, they allow the child to make their own decisions.
