AUBG Entrepreneurship Presentation Dervis, Georgi, Masha, Nick, Valentin January

 How to make the product better for its users? ◦ The original shape of the paper clip serves for just one of its hundreds of uses; ◦ Paper clip users transform the shape to fit their particular need; ◦ Ordinary paper clips cannot be put back into their original shape once they are transformed (no matter how hard you try ); ◦ Hence, the only way to add more value is to give the users a paperclip that can be used continuously, which will require a new production material.

 Also known as “Memory Metal”;  An alloy of Nickel (Ni) and Titanium (Ti);  Unique properties: shape memory, super elasticity, and durability;  Retains original shape when heated between degrees Celsius.

 Value added: ◦ A better version of the original – retaining the original shape; ◦ Continuous re-use of the paper clip (recycling); ◦ Very user friendly technology; ◦ More satisfied customers = higher profits;
