5 th Grade Snowman Project Mrs. Earhart and Ms. McFaddan student C The Snowman Construction Company

Student C is a high functioning student who performs well, but does not always put his best effort into his work. This student had very little difficulty attending to the task. He was able to follow the directions and complete the assignment without much assistance. Using the rubric, he scored a 23/28.

The first thing I did was get all of my supplies together. I looked at the things I could use to make the snowman and tried it out. I picked the small snowball, medium, and large one. Then I chose the arms, scarf, shovel, and nose. I didn’t use a hat. I added it all up and then weighed it. The first time I did it, I didn’t use all of the weight so I went back and tried it again and added some other parts. The second time I did it I went back and added more pounds and I got the weight that I needed.
