WHAT IS IT?  You can download the free app, on any phone  It tracks your daily exercise  It logs your food  It helps you set goals  It gives you calories in vs. calories out chart

HOW IT WORKS  Download it free on your phone  You can sync it up with your fitbit or you can use it alone  You type your name, weight, age  You pick your goals, what is your goal weight?  And then you log: FOOD and EXERCISE  It gives you a chart and ratio of out vs in  It lets you know if you’ve reach your daily goal!

WHAT IS IT USED FOR?  Great for losing weight  Helps you track your steps (if you use a Fitbit as well)  Tracks your sleep (again, with Fitbit)  Gets your heart rate (FITBIT)  Helps track your activity level  Great for helping you reach your goals!
