Global Leadership Global Leadership is the ability to become adept at operating in international and multicultural contexts. Global leaders become who they are by cultivating a unique way of viewing the world, being able to look at problems and issues in depth, and act upon them with integrity.

Global Leadership in an Educational Perspective There are two major trends in the world that pose a fundamental challenge--and many opportunities-- to our educational system: – One is the world is shifting from an industrial economy to a knowledge economy. – The other is the rising generation-- brought up on the Internet--is very differently motivated to learn.
