Presentation transcript:

As leader of the Peace and Harmony Party (P.A.H) I present this manifesto to my fellow school friends. It’s our aim to promote our beliefs for which the party stands. To show how we intend to put them into action. Part of this is a record of achievement and this is planned. For work well done carries confidence that our policies for the future will succeed. Our philosophy is to use what is good from the past to create a better future. So, Just Relax – We’re Here For YOU!

 As secretary for Education I propose to:  Build more schools for children with mental health issues and illnesses.  Increase funding to build more ‘state of the art schools’ that have better resources.  Provide teacher training to improve the skills of all teachers.  Stop bullying in all schools.  Pay teachers more to encourage more people to become teachers.  Increase nursery provision so more children are educated earlier.

 As secretary for Health I propose to:  Train more scientists, doctors and pharmacists to tackle major illnesses and find cures.  Increase funding for the NHS.  Modernise and build specialist hospitals in the UK.  Provide free health education for all.  Increase awareness of the dangers of smoking and alcohol (through advertising and community groups).  Decrease the amount of sugar, fat and salt in fast foods.  Increase/Improve funding for training people working with young people suffering from mental health issues.

 As secretary for Poverty I propose to:  Build low cost housing for low income families.  Increase government spending to build more houses.  Create more charities to raise money for the poor.  Create shops that sell basic items cheaper to the poor / homeless.  Create jobs specifically for the poor so they can earn money.  Increase aid for poor countries.  Provide pumps for clean water.

 As secretary for Defence I propose to:  Only allow the Armed Forces/ police to carry a gun.  Improve police training to help tackle crime at all levels.  Improve the training and resources that the Armed Forces receive.  Promote peace using the teachings of Jesus.  Improve all the Armed Forces.  Support the families of people who are serving their country abroad.  Increase the amount of women serving in the Armed Forces.
