What is the history of Thanksgiving? Thanksgiving is a day where every come together to give thanks for everything that they have. It started when some colonist came to America and could not survive so Indian help them to survive. A festival was given to thank god for their survival

When The first thanksgivings was said to be 1621 in autumn. In 1789, President George Washington issued a general proclamation naming November 26 a national day of thanksgiving.

In modern day many people gather together to celebrate. Most people pray, eat and socialize. We have a parade with floats, music and famous people. How do we celebrate?

Tradition The most common tradition is to baked a turkey and eat lots of food. Some people travel to celebrate with their family. There are many thanksgiving tradition but those are some of the most common.

What do you like the most about Thanksgiving? I Like the parade and all the food. It I every fun to watch the parade and see the floats. The best thing is all the food. I also like to when family and friends gather.
