AudCom mandate l Review of Sponsor Policies and Procedures l Comparison with baseline/model procedures l Official P&P website l 91 sponsors l 81 accepted P&P l 10 without P&P

Baseline P&P for Working Groups l Sponsor P&P reviewed by AudCom often include WG P&P l Recommendation is always to separate them out l AudCom does not review these or provide a baseline l Arguably the WG P&P are the most important since this is where all the technical work is done l SASB asked AudCom to make a proposal l AudCom adhoc created and reviewed a baseline WG P&P document. l Initial draft proposal produced and circulated to sponsors l AudCom adhoc studying the required SASB Bylaws/OpsMan changes. l Initial proposal is that sponsors will be asked to audit their own WGs. AudCom will perform random audits.
