Women Before the war, Weren’t thought very highly of.

Then the war broke out. Men were getting hurt left and right and they needed help taking care of them.

Women were called to help out the wounded men. The main call was for nurses to help male doctors.

Women joined in to do what they could to help They’re country and the people fighting for it.

As the need for help continued on the pressure on the Women to join became greater.

Eventually more and more women were helping. Mainly as nurses and doctor assistances.

When men would get hurt in a battle because of machine guns or another weapon...

The women were off to nurse them back to heath and get them ready to go back out there and fight.

Taking good care of they’re men was they’re job and they were expected to do an amazing job at it.

They were proud of what they did, And the solders they helped.

Even going above and beyond, making Christmas baskets for the wounded men.

Making the wounded feel comfortable and appreciated. Giving them the gifts they made for them.

The drivers of the ambulances were also very proud of they’re work. Anything they could do to help they’d do.

Many worked in the Red Cross. The Red Cross was a major medical contributor.

Women’s contribution on the medical front led to women to be able to do a lot more.

Like participating in the army. Such as these women here.

They had there own separate sector known as the women’s army corps.

Most of their contributions were on the medical front of WWI.

In conclusion women helped a lot in WWI. They were a major a part and the war would not have been the same without them.
