4. OCTOBER 2012 1 st – PTC transition sessions & information(choice, permits, eligibility). 17 th -31 st Junior, Sophomore, and Freshman SEOP’s 24 th – Closure of HS/MS openings & CC critical positions. 30 th – Middle school orientation

5. NOVEMBER 2012 1 st – Deadline for choice permits & athletic eligibility 6 th – Middle school Q & A by counseling 7 th to 8 th – Senior (current 11 th ) request window through English classes. 9 th to 12 th – Junior (current 10 th ) request window through English classes. 13 th – Counselors at middle schools 15 th to 16 th – Sophomore (current 9 th ) & Freshman (current 8 th ) requests. 21 st to December 21 st – Course sections & teacher assignments 30 th – HS & MS (3 day) transfer window

6. DECEMBER 2012 3 rd Deadline for retirement bonus (classified & certified). 10 th to 19th – Department chair meetings (request, FTE assessment). 15 th Voluntary transfer teacher fair 19 th – Department recommended schedules deadline. * All month – updating paperwork for online scheduling.

7. JANUARY 2013 2 nd to February 15 th – Course master schedule building 2 nd to February 15 th – Online scheduling paperwork deadline & sent to print.

8. FEBRUARY 2013 4 th Website update & communication blitz for online scheduling. 19 th to 27 th – Online scheduling “Beta Run” 25 th to 26 th – Online scheduling information meetings (current 11 th ). 27 th – 2 nd Communication blitz for scheduling. 28 th to March 7th – Online scheduling window (current 11 th ). 28 th – Lab night 3:30-5:30pm (current 11 th )

9. MARCH 2013 7th – final day of 1 st scheduling window (current 11 th ) 8 th – Communication blitz for online scheduling (current 10 th ) 11 th to 12 th – Online scheduling information meetings (current 10 th ). 14 th to 21 st – Online scheduling window (current 10 th ) 14 th – Communication to current 9 th & 8 th graders 19 th – Counselors at Middle Schools for scheduling information visits.

10. APRIL 2013 1 st – Communication blitz for current 9 th & 8 th grade students. 4 th to 11 th – Online scheduling window (current 8 th & 9 th grade students).

11. MAY 2013 15 th – Auditions /Performance tryouts MUST be completed. NO STUDENTS WILL BE ADDED TO COURSES AFTER THIS DATE. 16 th – Communication blitz for 2 nd online scheduling window. All grades 17 th to 23 rd – Online scheduling window (2 nd ) for all grades.

12. JUNE, JULY, & AUGUST 2013 June – Mailers home for summer packet June – Website & marquee updated for online scheduling & registration. August 1 st to 5 th – Online registration window (3 rd ) all grades.
