5 International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP)  MYP includes all 9 th and 10 th grade students.  All students take a world language.  Teachers intentionally teach skills to be successful in classes and beyond (Approaches to Learning).  We are an MYP candidate school working toward MYP Authorization in 2015-2016.

Classes are open to all students who would like to challenge themselves with high level, rigorous course work. What is IB?

16 Extracurricular learning component of the IB Diploma Program Creativity -- plays, painting, literary choreography, music lessons leading to a performance given to the community, art classes, visiting art museums Activity -- sports (school or elsewhere) kickboxing, sailing, weightlifting, weight control activities, jogging, running a 5K, skating, rock climbing, etc… Service -- tutoring, nursing home visits, service-oriented clubs, Amigos, election judging, big brother/sister, etc… Creativity, Action, and Service (CAS)
