Result, a magenta book needs to be developed to contain reference material. Supported the DDOR SIG. DDOR: Difference Differential One-way Range (delta- DOR). ISO SC14 rep, Dr. David Finkleman, presented material for collaborative operations in Earth orbit. Result, Nav WG agreed to initiate steps to enhance the orbit data messages (ODM) Recommendation. Supported the XML Standards and Guidelines SIG. Supported the Security WG joint session. Had a discussion with CSS personnel, regarding support for real-time transfer of tracking data.
