General Planning TIDVG2014 Upper Yoke Core Lower Yoke Graphite Aluminium Copper Tungsten Necessary operations to produce the TIDVG2014: Prepare spare yokes  Disassemble TIDVG2004 (radioactive) and remove old core. Prepare new core  Finalize the bake-out and place temperature sensors. Assemble and test TIDVG2014 (alignment survey + water leak test). Remove TIDVG2013 (damaged TIDVG presently installed in BA1 - SPS). Install, test and bake-out the new TIDVG2014. OK Ongoing To be completed

4. On-Going Operations  Core Bake-out (TE-VSC)  Temperature Sensors Preparation for TIDVG2014 (EN/STI) Housing for water temperature sensors Core temperature sensors Bldg. 887 (EHN1) Core Ongoing

5. Operations for Next Weeks  Week 21-25/07:  Temperature sensors preparation until end of the week.  In worst case, bake-out should finish Friday, 25/08.  Week 28/07 – 01/08:  Installation of the PT100’s on the core & transport to Bldg. 954.  Assembly of the TIDVG2014 & water leak test.  Following weeks:  Alignment survey  Acceptance of TIDVG2014 (Project milestone!)  Removal of TIDVG2013  Installation of TIDVG2014
