2. Albuquerque in October is a spectacular place. We have the balloons, It’s harvest time and the weather is fantastic. Our restaurants are great and our food is special. Our Museums and Cultural facilities are terrific. The nightlife and casinos call out to everyone.

3. We have an excellent facility for an NCRS Regional in Albuquerque. -The Embassy Suites Hotel – Which is very new and offers: Asphalt Judging Field Contiguous Truck and Trailer Parking Banquet Facilities Convenient Location

4. The Hotel is near the intersection of I-25 & I-40 (Red Dot). The Balloon Park is 5 miles North, just West of I-25. Shuttles and Park & Ride are available as transportation to the balloon park.

5. The Hotel is very attractive. On the Left, the hotel view looks NE and the judging field is on the far end with the convention facilities. On the right, we see the central courtyard which features a restaurant and Bar.

6. The Hotel Offers Comfortable 2- room Suites featuring a Fridge, Microwave, 2 TVs and a sleeper sofa. They have 2 double and 1 king formats in the sleeping room. Free cooked to order Breakfast and Cocktails & Snacks every evening are included.

7. The trucks are parked in the area where the judging field will be located

8. The gravel area beyond the trucks will be the location for the trailer parking

9. The Venue has the facilities to make the Regional a great success. While the hotel rooms are costly, they do include several amenities and furthermore, sharing rooms is a real possibility. We in the New Mexico Chapter are confident we can organize a truly spectacular NCRS Regional. The first possible weekend is strongly preferred and balloon activities will be available on Saturday and Sunday mornings on both weekends.
