2 Adding text to a Power Point presentation can be very simple. There are several options for you. The easiest option is to simply click in the text boxes that Power Point provides you. Once you click in the box you are able to begin typing.

3 To change the size of the text you can click on the second drop box (contains a number) in the third part of the toolbar. This changes the font size of your text.

4 You can change the style of by clicking the font box. It is the first drop down box located in the third box of the toolbar. Power Point has many different options for font styles.

5 You can change the text in other ways as well. Clicking on the capital B in the text part of the toolbar allows you to make your text Bold. The You can change the text in other ways as well. Clicking on the capital B in the text part of the toolbar allows you to make your text Bold. The I turns your text into italics, and the U underlines your text. You can see these buttons in the picture of the toolbar below.

6 There are several other options available for changing text inside a text box. If you are wanting to change the spacing of your text you will have to click on the small arrow in the corner of the text portion of the text box.

7 Power Point also allows you to move text boxes. You can move them by clicking inside the text box and moving your mouse over the box until the appears. Clicking on this icon allows you to move the text box.

8 If you want to change the size of a text box all you have to do is click on the white circles found on the outside the box and drag it to the size you want.
