14 National Survey Findings Few libraries are creating online tutorials. Reasons for not offering custom training include: staff time, patron interest and cost. Most large systems have less than a.75 FTE dedicated to patron training. Many offer access to subscription services with tutorial content. Instruction content selection is primarily done through staff and patron suggestions. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
