8. Math Goal During the 2013-2014 school year, the percentage of all 1 st -5 th grade students’ math scores will be at or above grade level will increase from 90.2% to 93% (by 2.8%) as measured by the Stanford tests.

9. Reading Goal During the 2013-2014 school year, the percentage of all 1 st -5 th grade students reading at or above grade level will increase from 87.6% to 90% (by 2.4%) as measured by the Stanford tests.

10. Safety Goals 1. By the end of the 2013-2014 school year, the perception of bullying at ROE will decrease from 14% to 10% by (4%). 2. By the end of the 2013-14 school year, fire drill exits will decrease from 4 minutes to 2 minutes (by 2 minutes).

11. Attendance Goal By the end of the 2013-2014 school year, the student attendance rate will increase from 97.6% to 98% (by.4%).

12. 2012-2013 Summary Campus Met Standard and Earned all 3 Distinctions Stanford National Percentile Ranks in almost all subject areas maintained or showed growth 97.6% Attendance Rate increased by.1% (Goal 98%) Appraisal System for Student Performance aligned to Appraiser Scores (98% aligned) ELL: 50% of students exited the program (79% advanced to the next level in 2012)
