6. The Importance of Respecting all Adults Whether the adult at North Middle is someone you know or not doesn’t matter. It is the responsibility of all students and staff to treat one another with respect. o Are there North Middle staff members that you may not know? It is still his/her job to enforce school rules with all students, and your job to follow the rules and directives from all staff. Accept all redirects respectfully.

Scenario: You are in a classroom with a substitute teacher, and you notice a classmate in another student’s assigned seat. What should you do? Scenario: You witness a fellow student being rude and disrespectful to a substitute teacher. What should you do?
