4 Who Designed It?  Each tobacco company is the designer of their own ads  In early ads artist were hired to paint or sketch the ads  As times progressed the ads were sent to printing companies for mass production

5 What Meaning Did it Create  Created a stereotype that women had to smoke to fit in  Lack of understanding health risks put peoples lives at risk  Showed the youth that it was ok for their parents to harm themselves  Showed that tobacco is an addictive drug
