Step 1- Create A Feedback Form (P5) You need to create a blank form for 5 people to: – Review each of the three graphics (at whatever stage) – Place to add their comments for each graphic in terms of design and the current graphic meeting the needs of the audience, purpose, download times, is it the finished product etc – Place to add suggested improvements from users

3. Step 2- Invite 5 People To See Your Graphics (P5) Allow users access to your form when they visit your PC Get this done in 30 minutes

4. Step 3- Collate responses (P5) Look at the 5 pieces of feedback Collate them into a sensible format e.g. report Add this part to your client proposal document in a special section called “User Testing and Feedback”

5. Step 4- Show What Improvements You Have Made Highlight in a separate area how you have reacted to feedback and enhanced your graphic (s) Using screenshots show a before and after the improvements made and the reason for them Add this part to your client proposal document in a special section called “User Testing and Feedback”

6. Step 5- P6- The legal implications of using and editing graphical images today Create a PowerPoint with the above title Cover – Legislation and guidelines: Dates and names of acts How it relates to graphics as appropriate eg identifying ownership, copyright, copyright free, gaining permissions – You need to ensure the legal implications are explained and relate to the use of other people’s graphical images. – The aim of the powerpoint is to show that you understand the legislation (4-5 slides) and you have abided by it by referencing/recognising copyright and have not used images that could get FANCY THAT into trouble
