1 Mr. Davis Classroom Rules 1)Be in Class and on Time means to be in your seats and ready to begin learning. 2)Be respectful means being considerate of others, and to treat others the way you would like to be treated. 3)Do what is right means to show good behavior at all times. 4) Follow the teacher’s directions means to pay attention so that you can understand how to do your work correctly, and how to stay safe in the classroom.

2 Mr. Davis Classroom Rules 4) Ask for permission first means to raise your hands and to ask before getting out of your seat and speaking to the teacher, and before taking something that is not yours, playing in class, and helping other students with their art projects, and walking with students to the clinic,or to go to the restroom You don’t have to ask to quietly sharpen your pencil

3 1) One verbal warning 2)Time out 3)A written misbehavior form (which will be given to the student.) 4)A phone call home and parents must sign the misbehavior form 5) A referral( Which means you must go to Detention) Immediate referrals are giving if you are: 6) Fighting in Class or Bullying each other 7) Being rude by talking back and not listening to your teacher (in subornation) Mr. Davis Classroom Rules “Consequences for misbehavior”

4 1)Students are awarded up to 3 Mona Art Buckaroos dollars which are given each month for students with good behavior. 2) If each student receives 3 Mona Art Buckaroos dollars, at the end of each month, each student will have a free day to either free draw or read a book. 3) Each student will also receive an Bravo Art credit Card in exchange for all 3 Mona Art Buckaroos dollars at the end of each month. 4) Each student will also receive the Certificate of praise award for the month. However, If a student misbehaves, after the first verbal warning, and before the end of each month,one Mona Art Buckaroos dollar will be taken away, for each day he or she misbehaves. If a student doe s not receive an Mona Art Buckaroos dollar for the day they are handed out, try again next time. Mr. Davis Classroom Rules “Awards for Good behavior”

5 If each student receives an Bravo Art Credit Card at the end of each month, on the 3 rd month, students can use their Art Bravo Credit Card points for : 1)Art Video Activity Period. 33334 2)Pencils and erasers. 33334 3)Online caricatures self portraits. 33334 (Which will be emailed to you for printing) Free Draw Period will also be given to all of the award winners. If each student has 3 art Bravo Cards by the 3 rd month, Mr. Davis Classroom Rules “Awards for Good behavior”

6 Other student Art Awards will include: 1)Verbal praise. 2)Classroom jobs. 3)Permission to run errands. 4)Peer tutoring in the classroom. 5)Access to my computer. Mr. Davis Classroom Rules “Awards for Good behavior”

7 Special Announcements What is the difference between a “Reporter and a Tattle Tale” Reporter Tattle Tale Tells the Teacher on a Student for nonemergency's Or not really harmful Situations. If you are not in danger Tattle tales have only one time a day to tell on the nonemergency's no more than one time. Tells the Teacher on a Student for Emergencies Or really Harmful Situations. If you are in danger reporters can tell as Many times as necessary.
