6 Aims of the Programme To provide supported employment for 6 students in their final year at Pennine To provide continued support for new employees in their home area by working with other agencies

7 A C E Programme Objectives To gain real work for the students in their local community (getting the job). To coordinate the support of other agencies to help students keep their employment (keeping the job).

8 A C E In the Pennine ACE Programme The students are placed with a local employer. Relevant training for that job becomes part of the programme. Successful students receive ongoing support as they move from student to employee status. The programme has 4 stages…
