2 What we know, the first law, was written with a feather and ink. You can’t be president if you weren’t born in america. What we don’t know, who wrote the constitution. What criminal records can’t you have to be president. Mission 1/ K,W,L What we learned, What criminal records can you have to be president, and who wrote the constitution.

How is the President chosen?/ He is chosen by people voting for him/her. 3. What are the requirements to become President?/ 1. born in america,2. age 35 or over,3. can’t have a major crime record. What are some powers that the President has?/ The President is head of the executive branch, he/she is countries and chief of armed forces, and he/she is of dealing with other countries. 5. What is the state of the union address?/ It is the speech the president gives every January telling what he/she plans to do with the USA. 6. What are some other duties of the president?/ He plans to take care of the USA

10 Who has the power to make decisions in courts of law? 1.The judge Federal courts have the legal authority over: 1. Sending people to jail 2. Making laws 3.making people quit their job Mission 6 THe Judicial Branch What is treason as defined by the Constitution? 1.The constitution of the united state art defines treason against the united states to consist only in levying war. 11 Mission 7 Relation among the States What are all citizens guaranteed when visiting other states?/ The citizens shall he entitled to all privileges immunities of citizens in several states 2. If a person is charged with a crime and flees to another state what happens if that person is caught?/ Demand of the executive authority of the state from which he fled be delivered up to be removed to the states having jurisdiction of crime. 3.who lets the states become apart of the United States?/. The government congress and president allows the states to become states. 4.what does the federal government guarantees to the states?/. The government guarantees a fair and free life
