3 Take out / To-go In a restaurant, you might hear these questions:  “Is it for here or to go?”  “Would you like it for here or to go?”  Sometimes only “Here or to go?”

5 Leftovers  How often do you eat leftovers?  Do you take food home from a restaurant?  Do leftovers taste good?

6 Doggy bag/to-go box  If you want to take food home from the restaurant, you can ask the server: “May I have a to-go box?”

7 Pot luck  Have you ever been invited to a pot luck?  What kind of food would you bring to a pot luck?

13 I’ll have…  I’ll have = I want; He’ll have = he wants; She’ll have = she wants  A: Can I take your order?  B: Yes, I’ll have scrambled eggs.  A: With toast or a muffin?  B: Toast. My son will have pancakes.  A: Anything to drink?  B: I’ll have coffee and he’ll have orange juice.
