Production and distribution of open source reference software for : algorithm performance simulation Implementation conformance verification  Will be assembled from source codes provided by various agencies IPR issues : should be resolved by generic software license produced by CNES in the frame of this WG. License already used between NASA and CNES for source code exchange needed to assemble one of the simulation software presently used for algorithm development and specification cross-checking
