6 Dissemination of the 1st results De Sprengen communicated the best practice video Emanuele to: International course in Malta, 12 nationalities Presentation at the 1st meeting of the Dutch branche of the European Prison Education Association PI Zutphen, PI Achterhoek, PI Krimpen a/d IJssel Youngster council of the juvenile prison in Zutphen Number of reached people in the target group 120 youngsters Ways of dissemination in the own organisation Presentation of the youngstercouncil in Zutphen Several youngsters, seven will take part in the project Can you tell us how?

7 Dissemination of the 1st results ROC Aventus communicated the portfolio model to: 4 people from different departments of ROC Aventus Ways of dissemination in the own organisation Presentation for collegues who are involved in other international projects Training and Education department is interested What are they interested in? 9 CSCS communicated the general information of the project and the portfolio: To more than 150 VET organisations around Europe And spread the results of the project through the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Training (www.efvet.org)www.efvet.org Number of reached people in the target group 10 youngsters and maybe even 20 (suggestion of the director of the juvenile prison Ways of dissemination in the own organisation Information to all other members internally through weekly updates Contacts with social cooperatives Hosting a special link at the website next year Dissemination of the 1st results

10 Piloting - tasks Walkthrough and report Done by ISQ and De Sprengen CSCS will start testing in December 2010 with 10 youngsters and 2 tutors (1 CSCS, 1 prison) Logbooks weren’t made by the partners The report made adaptions possible and was an indication of mistakes

13 Working methods There are no adjustments necessary in the working methods

14 Impact How the activities encouraged us since June Working with the portfolio and motivating youngsters is encouraging, since youngsters can actually take something home with them. How are training facilities in prisons improved through this project? Informatics in prison are improved by actualizing the software The conclusion of a course has become more flexible

15 Final monitoring Please note that the final monitoring (evaluation) will take place in the final months of the project, but not later than 31th March 2011. The monitoring is on: final products and results impact and dissemination components of the process.
