8. Getting Started Locate the Presentation SoftwareOpen the Application Log in to your computer and click the Start orb on the task bar. Select All Programs, click select Microsoft Office. Click the Microsoft PowerPoint Software Application Option.

Export Your File Capture your file for viewing  Record the audio and video using a tool such as Windows Media Encoder; (Can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft website.)  Capture in.wma (Windows Media Audio) file or.wmv (Windows Media Video)  Record the audio from PowerPoint file using a free tool such as Audacity (Can be downloaded for free from audacity.sourceforge.net/ )  Export these files in MP3 file format.
