2 June 2008 – The North and South Conferences voted to come together October 4, 2008 – Our Uniting Conference and voted on the Imagine Indiana Plan 2008-2009 – Implementation Team worked to put the plan into place June 2009 – Our first Annual Conference January 1, 2010 – new Conference Center, united budget began, 10 new districts were launched We Are a New Conference

12 MINISTRY CLUSTERS a key part of our new Conference Ministry Clusters have been formed 185 clusters across Indiana Training for Cluster Leaders last summer Most Clusters have co-leaders of clergy and laity Focused upon: getting to know each other, praying for each other, holding each other accountable to our mission, doing some things together we can do better than alone
