3 STATISTICS Almost 50% meet the criteria for depression Only 1 in 10 receive treatment. Up to 24 million people in the U.S. The highest mortality rate of any mental illness. Anorexia is the 3 RD most common chronic illness among adolescent 10-15% of people with anorexia or bulimia are male

4 WEIGHT GAIN See medical professional Exercise -Weight Training (focus on building muscle) -20 minutes daily aerobic (run, walk, swim,) Eat nutritious food -Increase calories -Complex Carbohydrates (whole grains) -Building muscle body needs more Protein -Fruits & Vegetables
