7 Strengthening exercise Strengthening exercises help improve your performance during physical activity Help prevent muscle injury

8 Aerobic Exercise Aerobic exercises are sustained, rhythmic exercises that improve the efficiency of the heart and the lungs i.e. running, swimming, walking
