1 STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT Session 1 – 2 Slide-set

2 After you break up into groups Find your “group solution” to the given problem … how? 1.by working on questions and thoughts presented in the hint cards, and 2.by letting hint cards inspire you to ask yourselves other questions that you consider relevant, and then 3.by using your answers to the worked-out questions to answer question(s) in the slide set along with the solution(s), and 4.by inscribing the new questions you have created as a group into the hint cards and using your answers and worked-out solution(s) to your own questions to answer those in the slide set

3 After you break up into groups … continued Start out by working as an autonomous group. Talk but do not disturb other groups. Look for any theory in the hint cards, textbook(s), internet, approach the teacher. Distribute tasks inside the group as you deem fit. Any time after your first solution is laid down and/or any time you come to a dead end, you are free to approach other groups to see how they tackle the given problem. You are free to build their solution into yours – in a meaningful way!! You are obliged to share your knowledge and solutions with the member of any other group that approaches you.

4 Mission, vision … what is it? Where will this school be in 10 years time? Why? How will it get there? What does it depend on?
