What are their main objections to the development The government wants houses built and they feel that it is a knee jerk reaction – is it long term and sustainable Barton farm is an area that is important for the well being of the residents of Winchester Winchester is a historic city and so therefor needs suitable planning to take this into account Housing and employment should be addressed in a long term plan that is specific to Winchester and its needs as a city
