4. AS/GD/CTS4 THE STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK 2000 The Assembly’s Strategic Framework for Promoting Sexual Health in Wales, [2000] put sexual health firmly on the agenda. The framework included tackling high rates of teenage conception and the increasing rates of sexually transmitted infections.

9. AS/GD/CTS9 THE NEW PUBLIC HEALTH STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK [3] Health-Related Behaviours and Risk (HRBR) Includes Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs & Sexual Health Extends beyond individual lifestyle choices -to impact on families and communities Sexual Health to be an area of increasing focus
